Carlo and Edoardo Gancia founded the company "Fratelli Gancia" in 1850, they were the first to produce sparkling wine according to the classic Italian method. For more than 170 years now, the Gancia brand has been known for its sparkling wines. The historic cellars of Gancia, in the south of Piedmont, are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In these cellars, the sparkling wine is stored at optimal temperatures between 12 and 14°C. Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes. The grapes are vinified classically after pressing. Tasting notes:Light straw yellow in the glass. In the nose intense, fruity, clear, of golden apples and acacia flowers. On the palate fresh, slightly sweet with a pleasant balance. Long lasting, soft and fruity finish. Grape variety: Glera. Drinking temperature: 8-10°C. Enjoy this Prosecco as an aperitif, with cheese or even seafood.
