Under the historic label of Ferrari, there is a Trentodoc made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes in their incomparable combination with the Trentino mountains. The grapes used are picked by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September.Tasting notes:Bright straw yellow in the glass with a fine and persistent perlage. Fresh and intense bouquet, with a rich fruity note of ripe Golden Delicious apples, white flowers and a delicate yeast scent, which is the result of over two years of bottle ageing. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, against a fine background of ripe fruit and with beautiful impressions of bread crust. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Serving temperature: 8 °C. Storage potential: 2 years. A perfect aperitif; also excellent with Parma ham and cheese.
