Fernet-Branca is the world's greatest and most famous bitter. Since 1845 Fernet-Branca is produced according to a secret family recipe of the Fratelli Branca Distillerie S.r.L. in Milan. For the production 27 herbs, plants and spices like gentian, saffron, myrrh, camomile, elderflower etc. are used. They give Fernet-Branca its powerful natural and at the same time spicy taste. For over a year Fernet-Branca is stored in handmade oak barrels in old cellar vaults of the traditional building. Life is bitter - Fernet-Branca Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Soft, herbs, hints of myrrh. Taste: Balsamic, bitter herbal aromas, spices, tannins. Finish: Long lasting, sweet plant and floral notes.
