The Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced by Heaven Hill in Kentucky. For this Bourbon we use high quality corn. The maturation is traditionally done in new burnt white oak barrels from America to get an unforgettable soft character.Tasting notes:Colour: blossom honey gold. Nose: buttered corn, hints of vanilla, honey, citrus. Taste: Honey, mocha, caramel, vanilla, maple syrup, hints of spices, chocolate. Finish: Long lasting, peppery warm.
