First produced in the 1930s, Duncan Taylor took Black Bull under his wing in 2001 and the whisky, a blend of equal parts of malt and grain whisky, began to resurrect. The Black Bull 12 Years Old Blended Scotch Whisky matures in European refill sherry casks and American ex-bourbon casks and is then blended with a Lowland Grain, which matures in American ex-bourbon casks, to create an extraordinary composition.
