Domenis 1898 SECOLO Grappa 60% Vol. 10x10x0,005l in Giftbox

On the occasion of the centenary of Domenis in 1898, this fine and balanced grappa with a strong character was developed. Very aromatic and yet round, it surprises with an infinite number of flavours. A grappa that evolves slowly in moments of tranquillity through its bouquet of thousands of aromas - first on the nose - then on the palate. The fresh, fermented marc comes from selected suppliers. Distillation takes place in a discontinuous steam still with eight copper boilers. At low temperature (a little more than 100°), the steam is introduced directly at the base of the still, allowing the extraction of volatile components from the pomace without damaging it and its aromatic components.Tasting notes:Color: Clear.
