Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey is produced on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. The Dingle Distillery was founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. The distillery produces only two casks of whiskey a day, so all bottlings are only available in small quantities. This single malt is the result of a marriage of Bourbon and Port wine casks.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich orange gold. Nose: sweet-spicy, fresh, fruity. Taste: Sweet, creamy, notes of citrus, dark fruit, chocolate, spices. Finish: Long lasting.
