The Derrumbes Oaxaca is a perfect example of Mezcal from Central Valley, in Oaxaca. The fermentation is refined with Pulque, a Mexican national drink from the Agave Americana. A double distillation in copper stills and a three month storage in large glass bottles complete the character of this Mezcal.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Notes of jasmine, citrus, honey, black pepper, dark chocolate, hints of petrol and oily aromas. Taste: leather, wood smoke, citrus, raisins, pine, notes of freshly cooked agave.
