This special grappa is made by hand by marinating the previously roasted and chopped chestnuts from Piedmont in the best Grappa Dellavalles for about 6 months. It is then separated and aged for about 5 years in chestnut barrels specially made for the distillery by a cooper, with a capacity of 225 litres. The result is a special grappa with a light chestnut aroma.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich dark gold. Nose: spices, chestnuts, wood notes. Taste: Fruity, spicy, chestnut, wood notes. Finish: Long lasting.
