The Vermouth del Professore is one of the vermouths, which is made exclusively from wine and carefully selected spices. Named after the bartender, cocktail pioneer and "professor" Jerry Thomas, a historic spirit is created. The copper-colored Rosso is enhanced by Nebbiolo wine and ingredients such as mint, rhubarb, cloves and nutmeg. After a few months of aging in barrels, a balanced vermouth is created.
