Cotswolds PEATED CASK Single Malt Whisky is made from 100% locally malted barley. Long fermentation and double pot distillation followed by maturation in peaty ex-quarter quasks guarantee a wonderfully balanced and fruity whisky with a peaty smoke note. The bottling is done in cask strength without colour additives and cold filtration.Tasting notes:Colour: Dark gold. Nose: Vanilla, hints of dried fruit, spices.
