The Chairman's Reserve Rum was first produced in 1999, under the supervision of Chairman Laurie Barnard. This rum is said to represent the style of St. Lucia Rums. Selected rums from Coffey and Copper Pot Stills are married together. A maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels and a minimum age of five years characterize this harmoniously rounded finesse.Tasting notes:Colour: dark amber. Nose: Cooked bananas, caramelized fruit, spicy oak, vanilla. Taste: Balanced, notes of chocolate, raisins, tobacco, cloves. Finish: Long lasting, creamy.
