The Chairman's Reserve 1931 pays tribute to the rum philosophy and craftsmanship of Denis Barnard. This rum is a blend of distillates from Coffey Stills as well as the three Copper Pot Stills, the St. Lucia distillery, which mature for 7 to 12 years in Bourbon barrels. It is produced with 90% molasses and 10% sugar cane syrup.Tasting notes:Colour: Rich mahogany with golden reflections. Nose: sweet raisins, toasted oak, leather, spices, tobacco.
