The Distilleria Caselli was founded in 1860 by Francesco Caselli. This liqueur is obtained according to ancient tradition by adding unripe walnuts, harvested at the end of June, to a pure alcohol infusion with herbs and spices, the nature and dosage of which are conscientiously kept secret by the liqueur maker.
